1850mm transverse cutting machine system is applicable to
ruling cutting of cool rolled aluminium and aluminum alloy;
cutting, rectification and clearnerance, membrane covering
and on-line package. Whole system is adopted three-level control
system. First: basical level, digital DC speed adjustment
system, AC frequency-conversion system, assistant control
system, hydraulic pneumatic system and control board and box.
Second level: key level, formed by two sets of high-capability
PLC. One set is used for the whole control and other is used
for cutting control . Third level is a upper machine designed
for realtime control and parameters.
